What data we process

This site presents our five restaurants. It has no forms, requires no registration and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

• Browsing data. The server hosting the site (Hostinger) logs technical request data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, for security and operation.
• Google Maps. Only if you accept it, the interactive map loads from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and technical browser data.

Purposes and legal bases

• Operation and security of the site: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Interactive Google Maps map: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences”.

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Restaurant websites and bookings

The “Visit website” and “Book now” buttons open the restaurant’s own website or booking system. Those sites have their own privacy notices, which apply to the data you enter there.

Retention

Browsing data is kept for the period the hosting provider sets for security logs. Your cookie choice stays stored in your browser for 6 months.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to the controller. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) (opens in a new tab).
